The FC Moab middle school boys soccer team won gold in the 2005 Silver division at the Larry H. Miller Utah Summer Games in Cedar City, competing over three days from Thursday, June 13, through Saturday, June 15, going 4-0-1, including their 7-0 win in the title match.

The Grand County High School Red Devils placed second in 3A boys track and field, and third in 3A girls track and field at the UHSAA Utah State Track and Field Championships, which took place Friday and Saturday, May 17 and 18, at Brigham Young University in Provo.

The Grand County High School track and field team competed and the Region 15 Championship meet in Manti on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 7 and 8, where illness and outside commitments thwarted the team’s bid for a region title in the boys division.

Th Grand County High School softball, girls golf and boys tennis teams competed in their state tournaments this past week, with two teams flirting with hardware as the high school’s Lady Red Devils finished third in girls golf and fourth in softball after promising beginnings to tournament play.

The Grand County High School track and field team had a dominant outing at the Eastern Utah Farm Bureau Invitational in Price on Saturday, March 23, where the boys took first as a team by a wide margin, and the girls took a close second to host Carbon.

The Grand County High School boys soccer team won  Region 15 matches in Moab against North Sanpete 6-2 on Tuesday, March 19, and Emery 2-1 on Thursday, March 21, before beating Carbon 5-1 in a non-region match on Friday, March 22.

The Grand County High School (GCHS) boys track and field team will begin its state title defense while the Red Devil girls look to win a championship of their own as GCHS begins the 2019 track and field season with the Red Rock Invitational on Saturday, March 9 on its home track in Moab.
